∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ B Sc in IPE will get preference
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Freshers are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in Knit Garments will get preference.Very good commend in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skill both Bengali & English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP). WIP control in sewing and finishing section.
∎ Sewing/Finishing Operation Bulletin preparation.
∎ Finishing capacity study and manpower allocation depending on style and priority of the order delivery.
∎ Daily Sewing /finishing manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Utilize time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Analyze the bottle-neck process.
∎ Follow-up the production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Planning and follow-up conduct training scheme to develop new operator or to increase the efficiency of the relatively low efficient operator.
∎ Prepare performance appraisal report for the operator, set policy to evaluate them and give report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
