Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement market-specific plans for Retailers.
On boarding new retailers into Trade Marketing program.
Planning and Implementing different Advertising Materials.
Regular Market visit to ensure proper implementation of Trade Marketing Program.
Find out branding and trade gap in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers through Trade Loyalty program
Lead and mentor the team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
