∎ Currently we are seeking 30 (Thirty) ambitious and highly-skilled sales and marketing professionals with a track record of exceptional, transformation management practices. In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate and optimize our company`s market share.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the target market, sales channel and execution of dispatch orders.
∎ Coordination with Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Keep close contact with the customers and visit the market continuously to achieve sales target.
∎ Conduct Market Survey on competitor's activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly.
∎ Visit different Private Organizations, Semi Govt. Organizations, GOB, and other offices to know prospects of civil projects.
∎ Collect payments & cheques from clients.
∎ Immediate respond to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied Clients into satisfied Clients.
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
