Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's accounting procedure.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ To prepare daily Sales statements/customers
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisitions, and daily transactions.
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Preparation of daily/monthly cash reports and cash requirements to ensure.
∎ Maintain the restaurant's ERP software for items, invoices, etc. data entry.
∎ Responsible for the daily estimate, forecast, and maintaining inventory of restaurant demand.
∎ Communicate with the supply chain manager for a scheduled delivery of food items and beverages.
∎ Communicate with Govt. Agencies(VAT/TAX) etc.
Salary: Negotiable
