Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Accounting/Masters in other relevant Subject along with part-qualification in ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIA etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, Multinational Companies, Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and supervise daily activities of assigned entities under collaborative model with Head and Deputy Head of Entity Audit team,
∎ Review and analyze the risk based Internal Audit Report, Work-papers, Checklists, Risk and Control Document, Terms of Reference etc. of the assigned entities and provide guidance according to existing audit methodology,
∎ Monitor and track the open audit issues and coordinate with key stakeholders for timely closure as well as guide and review the issue validation packs submitted by the entity audit teams,
∎ Maintain high quality standards while managing risk based audit framework,
∎ Assist the team in developing & planning risk based annual audit plan,
∎ Excellent communication skills to manage entity level auditors over online,
∎ Ability to work in the team and deliver group audit assignments within the deadlines,
∎ Have sound knowledge about auditing and accounting standards, international auditing methodology, relevant regulatory guidelines etc., and
∎ Perform any other task / assignment assigned from time to time by HGIA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) working experience in Internal audit in a large national/multinational company in a supervisory position.
∎ Must possess team spirit, leadership quality, multi-tasking ability, people management skills, negotiation skills and ability to work under stress.
∎ Excellent command in written and Spoken English.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office and self-motivated to work with existing application programs in the organization, and
∎ knowledge in any data analytics tool (e.g. Python, R Programming, Qlik, Sisense, Tableau, RapidMiner etc.) will be an added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary might be negotiable based on job profile/experiences
