Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting or partly completed any professional degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and check incoming requests of requisitions and purchase orders according to Approval.
∎ Be a part of members of procurement committee & check the quoted price accordance with Vat & Tax rules.
∎ Prepare monthly salary bills for Academic & Admin staffs.
∎ Allocation of monthly actual expenditure in different accounting Head, compare with budget and report monthly on variances to Director.
∎ Arrangement of suppliers or party payments and ensuring calculation of VAT and TAX.
∎ Issue payment slip to the students and make entries of them.
∎ Handling day to day Petty Cash transactions.
∎ Assist for preparing draft Financial Accounts.
∎ Processing advance payments.
∎ Making adjustment Journal Voucher for all related payments.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the departmental Head and Treasurer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have 3 years' experience in Accounts & Finance.
∎ Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (Basic and Advance Level), ERP or Tally software knowledge is a must.
∎ Good typing speed in Bengali & English.
∎ Sound knowledge on Vat & Tax rules.
