Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 2D floor plans, and 3D visualizations.
Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved designs.
Coordinate with structural engineers and consultants to integrate building systems.
Support the preparation of permit documents and municipal approval files.
Maintain project documentation and material specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputable university.
Design Philosophy: A strong interest in Neo-Classical architecture or Modern Minimalist urban design is preferred. (Please reference your favorite architectural style in your cover letter).
Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray/Lumina.
Familiarity with BIM (Revit) is a significant advantage.
Hardware Familiarity: Proficiency in working within a high-performance digital environment. (Experience using high-RAM workstations or laptops with dedicated GPUs for rendering).
Photography: Basic knowledge of architectural photography (specifically using prime lenses like 35mm or 50mm) to document project progress is an added bonus.
Communication: Fluent in both Bengali and English to effectively liaise with clients and contractors.
Work Environment
Location: Gulshan / Uttara, Dhaka (Based on placement).
