Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma or BSC in Electrical / Electronics / Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensuring training pre & post counseling.
∎ • Building Linkage with Local & National Level Private Sector Companies or Industries for on the Job training and self-Employment Support Graduates.
∎ • Arrange on the Job training for the trainers after they Complete in House skill Trainer In Local Industries
∎ • Prepare a list of potential Industries.
∎ • Select trainees as per employer’s requirements.
∎ • Sign contract with the respective enterprises / Industries for skills training.
∎ • Prepare training and monitoring plans with the enterprises.
∎ • Participate and contribute to the development/update of training materials.
∎ • Ensure that logbooks are signed by the Master Craft Person (MCP) and the trainee regularly.
∎ • Ensure assessment through RPL (Recognition Prior Learning) under BTEB.
∎ • Ensure that trained graduates are employed immediately after completion of training
∎ • Ensure timely reporting to the project.
∎ • Cooperate with project staff during their field monitoring visits.
∎ • Ensure that industries are involved in finalizing trainee (s).
∎ • Computer proficiency MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database, e-mail, and internet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 3 years’ BSC and 5 years for Diploma Engineering practical experience in relevant field (Counseling and placement of graduate trainees).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand).
