Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical / Electronics / Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensuring training pre & post counselling.
∎ • Building Linkage with Local & National Level Private Sector Companies or Industries for on-the-Job training and self-Employment Support Graduates.
∎ • Arrange on the Job training for the trainers after they Complete in House skill Trainer in Local Industries
∎ • Prepare list of potential Industries.
∎ • Select trainees as per employer’s requirements.
∎ • Sign contract with the respective enterprises / Industries for skills training.
∎ • Prepare training and monitoring plan with the enterprises.
∎ • Participate and contribute in the development / update of training materials.
∎ • Ensure that logbooks are signed by the Master Craft Person (MCP) and the trainee regularly.
∎ • Ensure assessment through RPL (Recognition Prior Learning) under BTEB.
∎ • Ensure that trained graduated are employed immediately after completion of training
∎ • Ensure timely reporting to the project.
∎ • Cooperate with project staffs during their filed monitoring visits.
∎ • Ensure that industries are involved in finalize trainee (s).
∎ • Ensure MIS/ TMS Data Uploading in Online.
∎ • Computer proficiency MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database, e-mail and internet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
