Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Japanese Language (N5 & N4) classes (both online and offline).
Communicate with students to address and resolve class-related issues.
Translate student documents for Japan Immigration and school applications.
Prepare students for school and embassy interviews.
Maintain and update daily teaching activities and attendance records.
Assist team members with student-related support and administrative tasks.
Communicate with students face-to-face and over the phone regarding class matters.
Organize and conduct Zoom meetings and live sessions with associates in Japan and Bangladesh.
Qualifications:
JLPT N2 / N3 or equivalent proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage online/offline classes independently.
Prior teaching or translation experience will be considered an advantage.
