Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Japanese Language (N5 & N4) classes (both online and offline).

• Communicate with students to address and resolve class-related issues.

• Translate student documents for Japan Immigration and school applications.

• Prepare students for school and embassy interviews.

• Maintain and update daily teaching activities and attendance records.

• Assist team members with student-related support and administrative tasks.

• Communicate with students face-to-face and over the phone regarding class matters.

• Organize and conduct Zoom meetings and live sessions with associates in Japan and Bangladesh.

Qualifications:

• JLPT N2 / N3 or equivalent proficiency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage online/offline classes independently.

• Prior teaching or translation experience will be considered an advantage.
