Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Japanese language classes (N5-N4 level) for students/workers/professionals.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and course outlines.
∎ Assess students’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
∎ Arrange practice sessions to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
∎ Support students in JLPT preparation.
∎ Maintain class discipline and motivate students to achieve language goals.
∎ Collaborate with management for curriculum updates and training methods.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management.
