Job Context:
∎ As a Business/Sales Development Executive, you will be part of a team but working on your own, to manage and develop client base in both private and public sectors. You must work at 120% pace, be committed, honest and trust worthy.
∎ THIS IS ON COMMISSION BASED. FUTURE PERMANENT SALARY ROLES MAY BE OFFERED BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ THIS IS A TARGET DRIVE ROLE, WITH NO SALARY BUT COMMISSION ON THE SALES YOU MAKE.
∎ YOU WILL EARN UP TO 35% OF THE PRODUCT SALE.
∎ YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR HOURS OF WORK AND WOULD BE RE-SELLING OUR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.
∎ YOU WILL BE GIVEN A COMPANY ID AND ALSO 1 DAY TRAINING AT OUR OFFICE IN SYLHET. REASONABLE COSTS WOULD BE COVERED FOR THE TRAINING.
∎ Meet or exceed assigned sales quota while following company guidelines.
∎ End to end sales, from lead generation through to account management.
∎ Maximising marketing/inside sales team generated leads.
