Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and software.
• Provide technical support to all departments for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and related IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, backup, and system recovery procedures.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Update and maintain IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase and maintenance.
• Support hospital management systems (HMS) and other software used in the organization.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all IT services.
