Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver support as Single Point of Contact of Automation unit to multiple field level offices of Microfinance Programme
∎ Provide level-1 Software Applications support
∎ Provide level-1 & level-2 IT Infrastructure support: - Computing Device: Desktop, Laptop, TAB etc. - OfficeEquipment: Printer, Scanner, Projector etc. - Network Equipment: Modem, SIM, Router, Switch, Access Points etc. - Power: Generator, UPS, AVR, IPS etc.
∎ Ensure execution of periodic & ad-hoc maintenance & health-check activities
∎ Participate in related cross-functional projects
∎ Conduct technical training to related stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates with 6-12 months of related experience will be given preference
