∎ Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering (CSE or CE or CS or CIT) from any local or foreign reputed Educational organization or related field from any reputed institutions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team that is responsible for both System Administrations & Network Services & relevant IT related activities.
∎ Ensure High Efficiency Windows, Linux, Intel based server infrastructure management to ensure high availability services to the customers.
∎ Depth experience on Data server, application server, Firewall, data storage & security.
∎ Installation, configuration & administration of Linux Servers, Maintain & Manage various services running in Linux system which include mail server.
∎ Participate in enterprise network solution design which also includes implementation.
∎ Should be experience in successful ERP implementation (RMG manufacturing industry) and roll out of Oracle EBS and capable of leading the IT & MIS of a large manufacturing organization.
∎ Should be experienced on Oracle modules. Ensure database planning, designing and successful administrative role in Oracle and MS SQL.
∎ Control and monitor data warehousing considering remote auto backup strategy by RMAN, replication and mirroring.
∎ Manage and maintain backups and disaster recovery processes for all servers and users data
∎ Provide guidance to staff in the use and maintenance of computer-based management information systems
∎ Assure troubleshooting hardware, software and network
∎ Manage PC troubleshooting(Mac, laptop), data backup, security and safety
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access
∎ Consult with ERP project lead on identification of problems and suggest
∎ Delegate authority and expect people to take responsibility by giving constructive feedback.
∎ Depth experience on PABX system, attendance device, power backup system, managed switch & wifi.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical experience in IT Project & Service Management,
∎ Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure management
∎ Implementation expertise in portals, IT Assets Management Solutions and project (large ERP projects including business intelligence),
∎ In-deptIT equipment maintenance and service
∎ IT update system set up and improvement
∎ Manage & optimize critical IT resource
∎ In-depth knowledge on compiling and installing open source software.
∎ Work Experience in Garments will be an asset
