The person who worked in Telco/ MFS Distribution point will get preference.
Because we have bKash distribution in named M/s Diba Enterprise in this two location.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of office computer systems and IT infrastructure.
Perform data entry, generate reports, and format official documents efficiently.
Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
Provide technical support for daily IT-related activities in the office.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
Possess strong expertise in MikroTik, switches, routers, DHCP servers, routing, and port forwarding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, capable of resolving any related issues.
Have enough knowledge about installation of difference printers, scanners etc.
Knowledge of Linux-based systems and Active Directory (AD) will be considered an advantage.
