Responsibilities & Context:
- IT Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees of HO, RO & Health Centers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Network Management: Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Manage and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed
- Hands-on Experience on Mikrotik router, Firewall, Windows Server, and Virtualizations like ESXi, Hyper-V, etc.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Understanding LAN/WAN equipment such as routers, switches, and servers, for proper Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Expert in all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, scanners, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, UPS/IPS, etc. Company users' mail configuration in Microsoft Outlook and Web Mail, etc. Establish and maintain sound backup and data recovery policies and procedures. Work with ERP system users and management to determine the appropriate system configuration and setup
- Bangla typing is mandatory using Bijoy/ Avro
- Manage all devices in our conference room, MD Sir's room, and conduct meetings
- Work as per the unit head-IT’s instructions and report to him from time to time.
- Certification/ Course: MCSA, CCNA (Vendor certification is a plus)
