Experience:

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry, Dyeing Factory

• B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or B.Sc in Computer & Telecommunication Engineering/EEE/ETC or Equivalent from any reputed Public/ Private University.

• CCNA certification with at least 03/04 Years practical experience to manage IT support independently at factory end/large office.

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry, Dyeing Factory

• Age At most 35 years

• Should have strong reporting & presentation skill.

• Strong analytical and communication skill.

• Must be a Team player.

• Ability to work under stress and pressure.

• Must have good communication skill.  

• Install and configure computer systems, operating systems, and applications including projectors, video conferencing devices, printers, and scanners.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

• Repair and replace faulty IT equipment and components as required.

• Install and update antivirus and other security tools to ensure system protection.

• Identify and fix network connectivity issues at the user end.

• Provide prompt technical support and guidance to employees on the use of hardware, software, email, and other IT systems.

• Maintain accurate logs of employee or customer IT support queries and resolutions.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and related applications.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain existing CCTV and video surveillance systems.

• Mount and configure IP cameras, integrate them into the server, and troubleshoot camera or recording issues.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NVR/DVR systems for surveillance management.

• Plan and implement network solutions to support video surveillance and other IT infrastructure.

• Supervise overall IT operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted technological support across the organization.
