Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Some of the duties that an IT administrator (IT support & graphic designer) is expected to perform include:
∎ As a Graphic Designer
∎ • Create and design various digital and print materials
∎ • Choose colours, fonts, graphics, and layouts;
∎ • Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality;
∎ • Advise on best practicees and optimizations' throughout design projects.
∎ • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the organization
∎ • Work with a variety of media and graphic design software
∎ • Establish creative direction for the organization within brand guidelines
∎ • Manage multiple projects within design specifications
∎ • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
∎ • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
∎ • Create visualisations that deliver correct project messaging.
∎ As a IT Support
∎ • Setting up computer gear, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ • Maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks
∎ • Responding to service concerns and requests in a timely manner
∎ • Providing technical support throughout the firm (in person or over the phone)
∎ • As needed, repairing and replacing equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Proficiency in programmes such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ • Minimum of two years experience in graphic design and IT Support
∎ • Portfolio of work with a diverse range of creative projects
∎ • Time management and organisational skills
∎ • Knowledge of layouts, graphic basics, typography, print, and web preferable
∎ • Experience with both print and digital media
∎ • Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
∎ • Maintain Computer Systems
∎ • Complete System Installs and Upgrades
∎ • Manage Network Security
∎ • Oversee Data Storage and Retrieval Systems
∎ • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
