∎ গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার অনুমোদিত যাহার রেজিস্ট্রেশন নং-DNCC/145298 এর অধীনে প্রত্যক জেলা ও থানা পর্যায়ে প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠী প্রজেক্ট এর মাধ্যমে স্বাস্থ্য সচেতন করে তোলা এবং স্বাস্থ্য সেবা প্রদান করা লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে আসছে কমিউনিটি ক্লিনিক , প্রতিদিনের স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় আমরা আছি আপনাদের পাশে। এক্ষেত্রে সেবা উন্নয়নের জন্য কিছু সংখ্যক পুরুষ ও মহিলা নিয়োগ করা হবে।আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগণকে আবেদন করার জন্য আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

∎ আগ্রহীগণ ,১ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সার্টিফিকেটের, জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র বা জন্ম সনাতন পত্র। নিজ ব্যবহারের অবশ্যই মোবাইল নাম্বার সহ কমিউনিটি ক্লিনিক স্বাস্থ্যসেবার শুধু ইমেইলের [email protected] মাধ্যমে ,পরিচালক বরাবর আবেদন পাঠাতে হবে। ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পড়ালেখার সুযোগ থাকবে নিজ থানা ও জেলা পর্যায়ে কাজ করতে পারবেন পরীক্ষার তারিখ ও সময় সুচি নিজ মোবাইল নম্বরে এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে পরীক্ষা ও ভাইবা বোর্ডের মূল সনদ পত্র সাথে নিয়ে আসতে হবে কোন সুপারিশ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় .
