∎ BBA, major in Accounts, from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve pending issues
∎ Conduct stock-taking and maintain inventory data in ERP
∎ Ensure proper use of Register and Gate Pass book
∎ Ensure compliant maintenance documents relating to inventory management
∎ Ensure proper management and record keeping of scrap sale
∎ Monitor and ensure store keeping in proper, prescribed manner
∎ Implement random physical stock counting
∎ Daily accurate reporting on stock status and relevant documents
∎ Assist in demand planning, bulk purchase and strategic purchase planning
∎ Perform relevant calculations for inventory management and produce management report
∎ Report on status of construction equipment at project
∎ Assist Project Inventory in-charge, and train him up
∎ Check and reconcile petty cash
∎ Attend to issues regarding pending/urgent material delivery
∎ Co-ordinate and develop inventory module
∎ Perform any others tasks assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
