• Bachelor/Honors

Inventory Management:

• Manage product availability through Purchase Orders (PO) and Stock Transfer Orders (STO) for various categories.
• Oversee physical receiving, placement, and timely transfer of products.
• Ensure accurate system recordings (GRN, RTV, TPN) and monitor stock in transit.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliations, managing wastage disposal.

Cash Management:

• Ensure smooth collection and deposit of sales proceeds, manage petty cash and buffer funds.
• Prepare and distribute daily sales collection reports.
• Manage till operations, MFS transactions, and utility settlements, ensuring accurate records.

Additional Duties:

• Lead front store operations during alternative shifts, train new staff, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure regulatory compliance, including managing product expiry and MMRP.
