Job Context:
∎ Prime Bank Eye Hospital (an initiative of Prime Bank Foundation) begun under the technical and management assistance of Aravind Eye Care System (AECS) of India. Located in Satmosjid Road in Dhaka. PBEH officially opened to the public in 2012 providing a wide range of eye services: from routine eye exams to ophthalmic diagnosis and surgical procedures. It operates its own Optic shop and Medicine Corner. It also has ambulance service and other required facility.

∎ Prime Bank Eye Hospital (PBEH), located at House # 82, Road 8A, Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimize the doctors time by explaining and clearing the doubts of the patients
∎ Counseling the patients for surgery
∎ Educating the patients about surgery procedures
∎ Share surgery package details to patients
∎ Share information about hospital facilities or any other extra- facility which may be applicable to the patients
∎ Closely work with Consultants to provide surgery schedule to patients (Pay + Camp)
∎ Keep record of Surgeries done Vs Surgeries identified by Consultant
∎ Prepare schedule for Anesthesia Doctor and Surgeon
∎ Keep record through software of cataract identified patients and advised for surgery patients.
∎ Coordinate with OT-In charge for scheduling.
∎ Systematized follow up of the cataract patient
∎ Keep record of other surgery; Prepare daily, weekly and monthly surgery report for analysis
∎ Provide information about cabin / ward availability to the surgery patients.
∎ Help surgery patients for performing investigations and pathological tests as suggested by the doctors
∎ Take all necessary measures for patient admission
∎ Arrange Avastin and make schedule for these patients
∎ Make schedule for the laser patients
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication, Computer skill (Microsoft Office Applications)
Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
