Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: International Tender, Power Plant Tender, Tender, Tender Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender related all tasks with Foreign Principles.
∎ Depth knowledge in International tendering methods, e-GP Review panel, EOI, BOQ, and estimate & also ensure that e-GP & Government.
∎ Experience in handling BPDB, DPDC, DESCO, WZPDCL, NESCO, EGCB, RPCL.
∎ Expert in Govt. Sales about Supply of special vehicles, Elevator/Lift, Escalator, automobile Products, Brand New Vehicles, Special Vehicles, EPC Projects, ICT,
∎ BOD, BOO Tender also.
∎ Ability to prepare tender and technical-related documentation.
∎ Studying client requirements & tender documents, and preparing project.
∎ Documentation and designing engineering would be an integral part of this role.
∎ Attending project development meetings with high-rank officials of generation and utility companies in govt. & private sector.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Global Sourcing & Communication.
∎ Tender Preparation.
∎ Project Coordination.
∎ Ability to work in a team and with partners.
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English reading, writing, and typing skills.
∎ Project Implementation, Report Writing.
∎ Work under pressure and can take on additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS power point & other database programs.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and cope with change.
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, conflict and ethical management skills.
∎ Communication, and negotiation skills.
