∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
∎ Monitor subcontractors’ work to ensure that installations are done according to plan.
∎ Manage change orders and project modifications as necessary.
∎ Address and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during installation and construction phases.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and relevant regulations.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project managers.
∎ Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project progress, issues, and timelines.
∎ Document any changes in project scope and ensure proper approvals.
∎ Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on-site.
∎ Promote a culture of safety and quality across all project activities.
