Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contribute to the development and transformation of our products towards a strong market and customer-centric culture across the country.
∎ District & Thana wise all Engineer & Contractors database preparation. Segmentation of Engineer (Top, Mid & Bottom Level) so that management can induce a special program for Top Engineers.
∎ Segmentation of Contractor (Top, Mid & Bottom Level) Develop intimate business Relationships with all Engineers through regular visits & using Civil Engineering Knowledge to help them in project development.
∎ Develop Relationships with Top Mason/Contractor via regular market visits & activities.
∎ Project/Site Visit to ensure conversion & give Engineering support from a technical point of view to Individual Home builders.
∎ Database preparation & submission for Central Collection after every month's end.
∎ Regular & Scheduled Visit of Dealer. Work closely with dealer to identify the weak parts of his Market & do plan to improve the weak ones.
∎ Make a good relationship by giving proper technical support to his market. Site visit to send formal investigation report with 100% accuracy & give report within 2 days of receiving complain.
∎ Maintain detailed database for all received complaints with status. Getting properly involved with any complaint to find out the exact reason of same complaint & give report to management to solve it permanently.
∎ To make Plan of influencer program as per the demand of Sales Team & make it final after collaborating with the Sales team.
∎ To manage smooth arrangement of Influencer Event & give speech in IHB event & Mason Event.
∎ To arrange regular training for regional sales personnel on product quality, Complain & different brochure of Company.
∎ To give Training to the salesperson of Distributor on Product quality.
∎ Indirect Sales volume generation through New project Conversion.
∎ To take acknowledgement from Sales Team of Project Conversion & maintain the conversion form to calculate contribution to national sales.
∎ To achieve the contribution Target quarterly as well as monthly.
∎ To make good relationship with Govt. Authority, Local & Foreign Contractors & Consultant of LIP through regular visit.
∎ To arrange factory visit program to all the Stakeholders of LIP project.
∎ To arrange Seminar for Govt. Authority, Local & Foreign contractors & Consultant.
∎ To arrange necessary steps to do Test which is wanted by Party in BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & others technical university.
