Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead a small team as a team leader and should have at least 3 years of previous job experience as a student counsellor (Australia-Canada). No experience required for junior counsellor position.
∎ Able to process a student visa application for Australia & Canada, from start to finish.
∎ Vast knowledge on foreign university admission procedure, intakes, admission requirements and course selection.
∎ Clear understanding of SOP and GTE
∎ Knowledge of all kind of study abroad student affairs
∎ Experience in visa application lodgement.
∎ Follow-up potential students online and over the phone
∎ Planning and Executing events, fairs and promotional activities
∎ Maintaining relationships with partners, agencies and professional associations.
∎ Able to provide training and mentoring to our junior staffs.
∎ Able to meet the deadlines and prioritize workload under pressure
∎ Good command in English and computer literacy.
∎ Report to the CEO, who will oversee from Australia branch.
∎ Strong social media presence
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have a passion for study abroad profession.
∎ A team member
∎ Willing to go for a long term commitment
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary depends on skill and experience.
You will also receive commission upon every visa grant.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Additional to the salary, a good amount of commission will be offered upon finalizing(visa grant) every student.
