• Master's in Accounting or Finance with CACC.

• Age At most 45 years

• Can fluent conversation (Speaking & hearing) and make report in both English and Bangla.
• Motorcycle driving with license.
• At least 5 year(s) in Audit department.
• Minimum 5 years experiences of working in relevant position in NGO.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit
• Proven experience in planning, budgeting, financial management, Audit, Financial Motoring procedures.
• Accounting Software, General Accounting, Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.

Uttaran is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitor, audit and update all project accounts and report.

Uttaran invites applications for the vacant position titled- Internal Auditor.

Responsibilities:

• Represent internal audit unit of Uttaran.

• Develop annual internal audit plan for approval of Audit Committee.

• Prepare risk based internal audit plans as per annual internal audit plan.

• Lead the audit plan execution process at project field level.

• Find audit findings and report confidentially to Director

• Issue evidence based balanced audit reports with acknowledgement of achievements, and recommendations.

• Conduct follow-up of the audit reports implementation and maintain follow-up data base.

• Conduct field visits for audit related works.

• Submit semi-annual and annual reports on activities and results of the internal audit activities to Director and Audit Committee, chaired by Director and responsible for independently and professionally functioning internal audit unit.

• Ensure audit processes developed are followed while performing audit works.

• Make sure that the internal audit unit through adequate coverage of audit

• Provide facilitation, process design, training, and other non-executive, consultancy, services, as per request of Divisions and Provincial offices and endorsed by Director.

• Make sure internal audit unit acts and performs as per the provisions of internal audit charter.

• Perform other tasks reasonably assigned by the Director and Audit Committee.

• Make the audit TOR and ensure the organization’s compliance.

• Complete the necessary correction as per findings.

• As per Uttaran Policy.

• Salary can be increased after successfully completion of probation.
