Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting / Finance/ Management) with CA (CC) and knowledge level/part qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: One (1) year with possibility of extension based on performance and availability of fund.
∎ Duty Location: Dhaka with frequent travel to project towns.
∎ Only Bangladeshi nationals are eligible to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fraud mitigation systems and/or internal auditing systems;
∎ Proven leadership skills;
∎ Experience conducting investigations, process-based audits;
∎ Experience spot checking, physical verification of vendors and that of assets;
∎ Experience and capacity in handling sensitive internal communications;
∎ Experience working with donor agencies, UN agencies or INGOs;
∎ Experience working in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh (GoB);
∎ Experience facilitating training/workshop, especially in the area of anti-corruption.
