Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com/ MBA preferably with Honors in Accounting/ Finance from any recognized University
∎ Professional qualification, CA (CC) from reputed CA Firm and partly qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum three years preferable in NGOs or Donner Agencies in similar position
∎ Experience in maintaining accounts and financial reporting of projects funded by institutional donor will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on VAT/Tax is expected
∎ Knowledge on computerized accounting system, ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), etc., is essential. Capable to operate Tally-Accounting Software will be an added value
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English language
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Willing to travel extensively to any place of Bangladesh
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender sensitive perception
