Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Job Context:
∎ Paid Internship Opportunity For 5 Months.
∎ Office Hour: 8 AM to 5 PM
∎ Office Days: Monday To Friday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will communicate with all the Stack holders to gather information of training.
∎ Will assist to Coordinate trainings.
∎ Should have the understanding about basic training requirements.
∎ Ability to fetch specific training related information and training contents from the web.
∎ Ability to monitor the Training operations and prepare daily and weekly training reports.
∎ Proactive communication with the trainer and trainees to understand their requirements.
∎ Look after the logistics arrangement to conduct each training program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexible and can-do attitude. Engaged and interested with the courage to offer ideas and suggestions.
∎ Strong attention to detail and superior follow-up skills
∎ Passion to provide best quality training support to internal resources.
∎ Creative and innovative mindset.
∎ Ability to work independently and in teams.
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research.
∎ Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in English (written and verbal)
∎ Good to have a mindset to conduct Technical / Soft Skill training.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Opportunity to work as a permanent employee (based on performance)
