Responsibilities & Context:
Preferable experience in IT distribution and retail sales, particularly with IT products such as Customized Software Like Business Accounting and Management Solution, School Management System, Website Design and Development, IT infrastructure solutions such as CCTV, IP PBX, structured LAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
Strong knowledge of distribution networks, channel management, and retail operations.
Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, client management skills and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Familiarity with IT products and industry trends.
Ability to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems
Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English)
