∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to social media based customer queries.
∎ Make prompt communication to the sales/service team and resolve any problem raised by customers/dealers/retailers through online platform.
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking in prescribed format.
∎ Assist in digital marketing activities and events when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good written & verbal communication skill in Bangla & English
∎ Fast typing skill in Bangla & English

Salary: Tk. 5000 - 10000 (Monthly)
