Hai Education offers various services for students, institutions, and agents. We assist students in pursuing their dream of attending foreign higher educational institutions.
Parallel to this, we assist foreign universities in recruiting international students to establish multinational classrooms at their institutions. To export higher education, we offer a wide variety of programs with our partnered foreign institutions, including diploma, bachelor's, and master's programs, as well as Finnish and English language classes.
Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Employee who is fluent in English, flexible in teamwork, and can work with patience under pressure. The individuals will also aim to increase engagement and loyalty among the communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Work with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Share insights and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
Office Hours: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
