Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 24 to 45 years

• 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer (preferably in the interior design or architecture sector).
• Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or other relevant 3D software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color, and composition.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator for post-production (optional but preferred).

• Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations, models, and renderings.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Develop realistic textures, lighting, and materials for photorealistic renders.
• Prepare detailed layout drawings and design presentations for client approvals.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visuals for proposals, brochures, and social media.
• Update and refine existing 3D models and visual assets as per feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest 3D design software, trends, and techniques in interior design visualization.
