Instructor – Fabrication (NSDA Assessor)

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in fabrication techniques.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools following NSDA guidelines.

• Assess trainee performance and maintain accurate training and assessment records.

• Ensure all training outcomes meet NSDA standards.

• Supervise trainees during practical sessions to ensure proper learning and safety.

• Maintain and manage workshop tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.

• Provide feedback, mentoring, and guidance to trainees.

• Participate in curriculum reviews and trainer development programs.

• Ensure a safe and professional training environment.

Instructor – Plumbing (NSDA Assessor)

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in plumbing skills and techniques.

• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools according to NSDA standards.

• Assess trainee performance and maintain detailed records of assessments.

• Ensure all training sessions meet NSDA competency standards.

• Supervise and guide trainees during practical plumbing exercises.

• Manage plumbing tools, materials, and equipment safely.

• Provide feedback, mentoring, and support to trainees.

• Participate in curriculum updates and professional development activities.

• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and professional training environment.
