∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Any Discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, Aeronautical, EEE. Masters is preferred.
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience in teaching
∎ Good knowledge about the aviation industry
∎ Adapting to a variety of teaching situations and learning styles
∎ Safety-first attitude
∎ Punctuality
∎ Professional appearance
∎ Working effectively with colleagues, staff, students, administrators, and others of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
∎ Providing ground instruction at a suitable training environment in accordance with CAAB and other regulatory bodies
∎ Ensures satisfactory progress throughout the course and immediately informs the line manager of any delays in training or unsatisfactory progress
∎ Providing Simulator Training as per regulatory requirement
∎ Analyzing Training Needs of the participants
∎ Designing the training courses
∎ Developing training syllabus and materials
∎ Maintaining Training records
∎ Ensuring course standards as per regulatory requirement
∎ Education:
