∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Data Analysis, Team player
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with production, marketing, and other departments for smooth functioning of production process.
∎ Communicate with the marketing team and develop SOP to solve production-related issues.
∎ Do process flow analysis, balancing capacity study, production target set up, production calculation, efficiency calculation and make suggestions to increase production, productivity, and efficiency which in return will minimize off-standard loss.
∎ Perform time study and maintain monthly skill matrix and capacity analysis.
∎ Monitor and upgrade systematic production planning and operations-related activities.
∎ Conduct or monitor conduct process related trainings for workers and operators.
∎ Maintain waste control-in materials, supplies and machinery.
∎ Ensure that the supplier’s raw materials (from production chemical to machine equipment) meets the quality standards after considering profit maximization through data analysis.
∎ Conduct raw materials /inventory planning and controlling Production planning and controlling, Machine breakdown analysis.
