∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Planning, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering / Architecture
∎ Any advanced degree/diploma/professional qualification in the relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Master Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GIS, Master Planning, Master planning of EZ, PPP Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Research Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare conceptual / indicative masterplan of economic zone (EZ).
∎ Prepare a detailed GIS map showing the overall masterplan.
∎ Provide clear rationale for all the elements of the masterplan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 68 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 12 to 15 years experience in master planning.
∎ Must have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in master planning of EZ.
