Key Responsibilities

• Work independently on a part-time basis.

• Promote SOMBHAVONA's products, services and business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a personal customer and business network.

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

• Build and develop a team of interested individuals.

• Guide and motivate team members to improve their performance.

• Support new members with basic training and work guidance.

• Conduct promotional and sales activities through online and offline channels.

• Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and team members.

• Submit regular activity and performance updates to the company.
