Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Accounting Degree from a Bangladesh University or Accounting Degree from a U.S. University and / or experience in U.S. Income Tax a plus.
∎ Strong financial services experience or aptitude.
∎ Experience working in financial services, accounting, or income tax preparation a plus.
∎ Willingness, desire, and a skillset to supervise and train others.
∎ Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Aptitude for using technology, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other financial services income tax preparation applications.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly with U.S.-Based Certified Public Accountants to train and learn how to prepare U.S. Individual Income Tax Returns (IRS Form 1040).
∎ In 2020, prepare a small group of income tax returns (50 to 75) to learn the processes and technology and prepare to build and grow a team.
∎ Later in 2020, hire, train, and manage a team of 2 to 3 accounting professionals to learn the process and take on additional work in 2021.
∎ In the future, learn about other types of U.S. Income Tax Returns, including Partnership (IRS Form 1065) and Corporations (IRS 1120 and 1120).
