∎ Sound knowledge on education, child rights, protection & non-discrimination and gender sensitive treatment; Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla; Is a team player but also has the ability to work independently with limited supervision; Ability to work under pressure Sound understanding of internal and external audit requirements; Results orientated and good reporting skills; Attentive to details and quality of work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications for the position titled 'Inclusive Education Facilitator' to be filled out immediately. In partnership with Sesame Workshop Bangladesh, RDRS Bangladesh will implement the school and community interventions of the project USAID's Promoting Education for Early Learners funded by USAID Bangladesh. The project goal is, children in the early grades in the primary schools, particularly those from marginalized groups, will demonstrate improved literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional learning gains where the theme of project is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in classroom and community settings. Under the brand of Sisimpur, apart from its Television and Digital initiatives, RDRS will lead the implementation of School and Community initiatives.Directly assist the school management of teachers; Supervise at least 10-12 schools; Participate in school meetings; Involve in implementation of teaching and learning methods in school, use of materials, ensuring learning environment, assisting teachers in learning quality verification and evaluation, supervising, preparing school reports, etc. Provide support to teacher & school management for school supervision; Prepare Training materials & distribution; Organize School Management Committee (SMC) Meeting; Conduct parents and community awareness session; Assist to project coordinator to execute school and community-based events, fairs, and others in the project locations; Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor or delegated authority.
