Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be involved in:
∎
∎ Ensuring inclusive programs reflecting and program obligations under Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
∎ Analyzing, identify and address barriers to gender and disability inclusions and ensure meaningful participation of marginalized people in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
∎ Ensuring that all programmes are mainstreamed with inclusive policy and guidelines adhered by the AHP and CANDO members as well as compatible with international standards and the expectations of the (DFAT) donor partner(s)
∎ Identifying new activities to promote greater diversity and inclusion of gender and disability inclusion clauses and examine the ways to improve for future programming particularly to include poor and marginalized people with poor educational and economic opportunities
∎ Making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people
