Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain store and inventory in a systematic way with Day to day inventory maintaining
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of materials as per procedure.
∎ Storing all raw materials, All Goods, spare parts and other equipment properly
∎ Preparing various store stock position and bring our forecasting report regarding procurement
∎ Maintaining all inventory ledgers like Material Receiving, Material Issuing & Spare Parts
∎ Inspect item, as to quality and quantity against freight document/challan.
∎ Ensure daily/ weekly stock report
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a time basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.
∎ Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis. Input production data according to purchase order in computerized inventory system. Participate in physical inventories by counting stocks.
∎ Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
∎ To follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and Software on time.
∎ Update Daily Register (Manual & Digital)
∎ Any other assignment is given by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management, Cash Management, VAT, Customs Duty etc.
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial knowledge;
∎ Sufficient knowledge for independently maintaining accounts and store;
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Access) SAP/ ERP and other Accounts related Software's;
