Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's or Masters degree in any Discipline from a reputed public / private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in store and are being sold at the right price,plan product ranges.
∎ Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
∎ Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
∎ Observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
∎ To give special promotions by setting-up displays; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
∎ Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
∎ "Relaying the merchandise plan to the buyer who, in turn, can decide on what products, styles,
∎ colours etc to purchase and from which suppliers, at what price."
∎ "To plan a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility. This is
∎ done throughout the season."
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Merchandising products, Inventory/Warehouse, Super store, Supply Chain
∎ You must have to be expert in Baby realated products; apparel, baby foods, nursery items etc.
∎ Age 25 to 40 year(s)
∎ Sound Knowledge about Media software,ERP software.
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel, Power point
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hour in any department.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
