Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Hon's or Master's degree in any Discipline from a reputed public / private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate business strategy, plan and target in alignment with retail and online business objectives.
∎ Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
∎ Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
∎ Prepare regular reports and conducting meetings to review performance
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities.
∎ Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
∎ Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity and engagement.
∎ Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have an Experiences in a Retail and Online Sales in a related field.
∎ Have a strong track record of success within prior experience.
∎ Should be able to work in under pressure.
∎ Should be proactive
