Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates having 75% and above in 10th, 12th and in Bachelors desirable. Preferable: Masters
∎ Preference given to graduates from Dhaka University, North South University, Brac University, IUB and AIUB
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle phone calls, answer queries of leads, do timely follow-ups and update database of queries made
∎ Communicate with potential leads through multiple channels such as phone enquiries, emails, WhatsApp and various social media platforms to ensure conversions.
∎ Counsel potential clients on Canada Immigration face-to-face, email, social media, phone and others
∎ Assess client file accurately and honestly to advise on the ideal immigration pathway for clients
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms (online and offline), and maintain files and records.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge and working experience with Express Entry system and PNP
∎ Must be familiar with Canadian immigration laws and regulations and be up to date with alterations to immigration laws of Canada
∎ Must be familiar with Canadian geography, climate, lifestyle, work culture and living standards
∎ Continuously update and assist supervisor about client files, processes and tasks
∎ Keep and organize related record on internal CMS/portals
∎ Must be detailed oriented and excellent attention to details
∎ Must be able to work on tight deadlines and multitask to complete simultaneous files

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask.
∎ Good team player within a target-driven environment.
∎ Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook mail
∎ Should be able to communicate with business partners over emails.
