Job Context:
∎ Reporting Relationship: Business Development Manager
∎ Job Location: Dhaka - will require visits to local institutions
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Maintain online contents and promotional materials. Update and restructure contents as required.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Plan and coordinate with graphics designer to develop concepts, graphics and creatives for branding and promotional purpose.
∎ Create new student leads by contacting and meeting local educational, financial, non-financial and governmental institutions
∎ Identify potential leads for student recruitment and successfully convert them into consultations
∎ Devise new promotional and marketing strategies to highlight the services of the company to get new customers
∎ Address any student and client enquiries face to face, email and social media to their full satisfaction
∎ Develop an understanding of competitors and stay up-to-date with any market developments.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience preferably working in overseas education industry, banking sector or insurance industry. Fresh graduates with strong university club, competition and other extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply
∎ Proven record of increasing customer/sales for the company
∎ Must be professional with strong personality, negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have good understanding Microsoft Office
∎ Have in-depth knowledge in all major digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc.
∎ Have working knowledge on Adobe creative suite applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
