Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certified IELTS trainer or equivalent. (Preferred IELTS over all band score 7.0 no band less then 6.0)
∎ Prior experience in IELTS training is preferred.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ A passion for helping clients achieve their IELTS goals.
∎ The UK/USA/Canada/Australia studied Graduate will be preferable
∎ BRAC University,North South University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,The University of Asia Pacific students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Counseling, Efficient in communicating in English in both written and verbal, IELTS Training, Motivating skills, SOP writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, IELTS Instructor, Motivational skill, SOP writing, Visa Consultancy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Training Institutes, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver IELTS training sessions, focusing on all language skills - listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
∎ Customize lesson plans, materials, and resources to suit individual client needs and proficiency levels.
∎ Assess client progress regularly through practice tests and exercises, providing constructive feedback.
∎ Collaborate with clients to establish IELTS score goals and create tailored study plans.
∎ Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
∎ Motivate and encourage clients to maintain a consistent study schedule and persevere in their preparation.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client progress, including test scores and areas for improvement.
∎ Produce whole Basic English course materials for general / weaker learner batch.
∎ Prepare syllabus in accordance with the modules.
∎ Mock Test preparation and implementation for the learners.
∎ Prepare clients for visa interviews, conduct mock interviews, and provide effective presentation guidance.
∎ Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
∎ Check the class work and homework, and update the progress of students.
∎ Help students in writing SOP.
∎ Assess clients' eligibility for various visa categories and recommend suitable options.
∎ Stay current with immigration policies, rules, and regulations of destination countries.
∎ Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
∎ Maintain transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of their application status.
∎ Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions, representing their interests faithfully.
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and procedures, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.
∎ Aim for high client satisfaction through exceptional service, leading to positive referrals.
