Responsibilities & Context:

Concept Development

  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts based on the company briefs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of creative ideas.

Visual Design Creation

  • Design logos, brand guidelines, promotional materials, and other visual assets.

  • Create high-quality graphics for both print and digital media, including websites, social media, and advertisements.

Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on design trends and industry standards.

  • Apply trends in creative ways that align with the brand’s goals.

  • Adjust marketing plans to adapt to changes in the market conditions.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and milestones.

Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services.

  • Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.).

Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Analyze performance metrics and refine social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.

  • Develop content strategies for blogs, videos, email newsletters, and social posts.

Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.

  • Allocate budgets, analyze campaign performance, and adjust targeting to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

  • Develop strategies to generate leads and convert website traffic into customers.

  • Perform A/B testing and improve conversion rates through data analysis.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually improve digital marketing efforts.
